Italian Soup Recipe


  • Cooked Italian Sausage
  • Diced Carrots & Celery
  • EVO
  • Chicken Broth (8 Cups)
  • 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 1 tsp minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper


1. Heat EVO and add garlic (minced and powdered), onion powder, black pepper, diced carrots and celery until vegetables are soft.

2. Add cooked Italian sausage and chicken broth, bring to gentle rolling boil.

3. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste and stir.

4. Cover and boil for roughly 20 minutes, stirring on a regular basis. Salt to taste.
